Noah’s Flood & His People                        The 1st kingdom to form in the region after the flood was the Akkadian. They are the ones who gave us the name ararat. Scholars  believe that Urartu is an Akkadian variation of Ararat of the Old Testament. Indeed, Mount Ararat is located in ancient Urartian territory, approximately 120 km north of its former capital. In addition to referring to the famous Biblical mountain, Ararat also appears as the name of a kingdom in Jeremiah 51:27. The Akkadians (Noahites) are the first to organize the people of Noah after the flood in the Tigris - Euphrates valley. The biblical Ararat is thought be a variation of Uratu, an ancient term for the region north of ancient Assyria which encompasses the Armenian plateau. Protestant Church of America                        How did God make it rain so much? One possible way is for God to have a meteor(s) strike in a sea, the ocean or both. This would put extreme amounts of water into the atmosphere and cause a great deluge (torrential downpour). It would also send a very large tidal serge and help lift up and carry Noah and his Ark toward the mountains or nations of Ararat (Uratu). The priestly source of Genesis 7:11;8:1-2 describes the nature of the flood waters as a cosmic cataclysm, by the opening of the springs of the deep and the floodgates, or windows,  of heaven. The Jahwist (YHWH) version of how the flood waters came to be, is indicated in Genesis 7:12 where it develops by way of a torrential downpour that lasts 40 days, then recedes in seven day periods. During this time, the Ark came to rest on the mountains/nations of Ararat. When was Noah’s flood? According to James Ussher's in Ussher’s chronology; the Great Deluge dates to 2348 BC. It should be noted that during this time the Persian and Egyptian histories did not come to an end like it did in the Tigris Euphrates valley.   Where was Noah’s flood? Geological evidence shows the area to be in the Tigris and Euphrates river valley. It is key to understanding the scriptural story of Noah correctly to translate the following words as: Earth = Land, dirt or soil, but not planet. Mountains = Kingdoms, Nations or Mountains When you do, everything will fall into place. The flood was of Noah’s world & the animals were brought in from around Noah’s world. The Tigris Euphrates valley. Noah’s story: 17 And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up      above the earth. 18 And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the      waters. 19 And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven,      were covered. 20 Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered. The picture bellow is at Ur (Noah’s home) on the Euphrates River, which shows a great flood deposited nine  feet of silt. This flood brought the whole way of life to a complete stop in the Tigris Euphrates valley. Scriptural evidence: Joshua 24:2,3 & 15 -Tells that Terah, Abraham’s dad lived on the other side of (Noah’s) flood. This shows that the flood wasn’t over planet earth, but over the world that Noah knew. The Tigris Euphrates valley. *Shem, who was on the Ark with Noah died in 1846 B.C. *Abraham was born in 1996 B.C. and learned of the story of the flood first hand from Shem. *Isaac (Abraham’s son) died in 1716 B.C. and learned the story from Abraham. *Joshua was born in 1746 B.C. and learned of the flood from Isaac. Joshua 24:2,3 & 15 King James Version (KJV) 2 And Joshua said unto all the people, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Your fathers dwelt on the other side of the flood in old time, even Terah, the father of Abraham, and the father of Nachor: and they served other gods. 3 And I took your father Abraham from the other side of the flood, and led him throughout all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his seed, and gave him Isaac. 15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. The Ark landed in the mountains of Ararat (Uratu). This is the region between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea which encompasses the Armenian plateau. Therefore, the ark may have landed at a lower level than that of the mountain we know as Ararat. According to Josephus, the Armenians in the 1st century showed the remains of Noah's ark at a place called "Place of Descent" about 60 miles south-east of the summit of Mount Ararat  This region would be very close to where the Garden of Eden would have been. The 1st start of the Adamic people (the Garden of Eden) and the cleansing and 2nd start of the Adamic people, both in a very close proximity to each other.   How big was Noah’s ark? The ark was to be 300 cubits long, 50 cubits wide, and 30 cubits high, and had an opening for daylight near the top, an entrance on its side, and three decks. This was big enough to contain all the animals of the region and occupants safely for the duration. Did all races come from Noah? No, only Caucasoid people came from Noah, but not even all Caucasoid people come from Noah. Only certain tribes come from Noah; like the children of Peleg, Eber, Terah, Abraham, Isaac & Jacob. There are many others and you can find them listed in the word of God. The people outside the Tigris Euphrates valley were not wiped out and their races and tribes continued on as usual. You should know that there were no white people in Africa, until they started exploring it and there were no Africans being born unto white or Asian families either. God made our races the way He wanted them. Anthropologists recognize 3 or 4 basic races of man in existence today.  1.  Caucasoid - Caucasian races: Adamites & Cro-magnon (Aryans, Hamites, Semites)(Anglo-Saxon,       Celtic, Germanic, Scandinavian)  2.  Mongoloid - races (northern Mongolian, Chinese and Indo-Chinese, Japanese and Korean, Tibetan,       Malayan, Polynesian, Maori, Micronesian, Eskimo, American Indian),  3.  Negroid races & Australoid (African, Hottentot’s, Melanesians/Papua, “Negrito”, Australian Aborigine,       Dravidians, Sinhalese) Genisis 6 5 The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And the Lord was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart. 9 These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his generation. Noah walked with God. To stop the corruption and hybridization of the Adamic race. God made his creations the way he wants them. Noah was chosen because he was pure in his Adamic bloodline or generations. It was also to stop the overall sexual perversions and evil ways of the people.
